What is sound meditation?

 sound bath is a meditative journey where participants are enveloped in soothing sound waves. These waves are created using various instruments, each tuned to specific frequencies. 

Everything around us vibrates at a certain frequency, influencing our feelings on a cellular level. Sound baths promote emotional balance and alleviate daily mental stress.

During your session, you can either lie on a yoga mat or sit comfortably, and I recommend bringing blankets and pillows for added coziness. Begin by setting an intention for your experience whether it's to recharge or address a specific mental hurdle—there are no strict rules in a sound bath.

We’ll start with a guided meditation to help you settle in, followed by about 45 minutes to an hour of instrument play. To enhance the experience, I incorporate essential oils to further relax you, creating a delightful journey that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and tranquil.

Everyone can benefit from this experience, and no prior meditation experience is necessary to enjoy its advantages.
