A Sound Bath for Rest, Reconnection & Renewal
After a little time away, I’m so excited to welcome you back for an evening of sound, learning and deep relaxation.
September is a natural time to pause, reset and reconnect — to gently shift out of the busy energy of summer and create space for yourself as we move into a new season.
This month, alongside the soothing sounds and vibrations of the sound bath, I’ll be sharing a little more about how sound can interact with our brain and nervous system, including how different sounds and frequencies may influence our state of relaxation, breathing and overall sense of wellbeing.
My intention is for you to not only feel the benefits of the experience, but to also understand a little more about what is happening in your body and brain as you listen, rest and surrender…
