About the event

A different theme each month, this month we share a Beltane-inspired sound bath, honouring late spring with warmth, stillness, and soft awakening.

As you lie down and surrender to the soothing vibrations, let tension melt away and allow the evening to leave you feeling a deeper sense of relaxation.

The session concludes with delicious homemade cakes and hot drinks.

Step into Monday feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to embrace whatever comes your way.
