About the event

A different theme each month, as you lie down and surrender to the soothing vibrations, let tension melt away and allow the evening to leave you feeling a deeper sense of relaxation.


The session concludes with delicious homemade cakes and hot drinks. 

Step into Monday feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to embrace whatever comes your way.


Event details:


Doors will open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and wear warm, comfortable clothing. Please also bring a travel mug if you would like a hot drink at the end. Yoga mats can be provided if needed - just let me know in advance.
